A help-centre article dated 14 Jul 2026 lists 100 entries. BluSky says its US clearing firm (FCM) and brokers will not accept citizens or residents of these countries, with no exceptions. Our file said not_published, and this list replaces that. Pakistan (PK) IS on the list. Mapping: 'Congo' -> CG (ISO short name; the list does not name the Democratic Republic of the Congo separately); 'Sudan/South Sudan' -> SD+SS; 'Sudan/Darfur' -> SD; 'Bonaire' -> BQ; 'Saint Martin (French part)' -> MF; 'Saint Maarten (Dutch part)' -> SX; 'East Timor'/'Timor-Leste' -> TL. Duplicate entries were merged: Russia/Russian Federation, Libya/Libyan Arab Jamahiriya, Syria/Syrian Arab Republic, Macedonia/Republic of North Macedonia, Cote d'Ivoire/Ivory Coast. 'Yugoslavia' has no current ISO code and is left out. Funded accounts also need broker KYC/AML checks.
Terms and Conditions (updated 1 Jul 2026) name BluSky Trading Company LLC dba BluSky, 7901 4th St N Ste 300, St. Petersburg, FL 33702; governed by Florida law. The help-centre Terms of Use give only 'Clearwater, Florida, USA'. Odeonpay ALE S.R.L. (Bucharest, Romania) is named as Merchant of Record for payments only.
Launch and Propel have three stages: Evaluation, Buffer Zone, then Sim Funded; failing the Buffer Zone resets only the Buffer Zone.
Hedging is prohibited at the user/household level.
Exceeding contract limits does not fail the account, but the system may cap size or liquidate.
Payouts are paid via Gusto or Rise; payouts must be claimed within 30 days of the request. Non-US traders submit a W-8BEN.
Sim Funded accounts that reach $10,000 total profit plus payouts must open a Brokerage Review ticket; a broker denial closes the account and forfeits simulated profits.
The firm also lists TradeSea, Tickblaze, BlackArrow, ATAS, DeepCharts and ONYX connections, which are not in this site's platform list.
What we couldn't verify
Pricing tables load in a script, so most sizes have no readable price. The 50K prices for Launch ($59), Propel ($160) and Orbit ($199) come from the firm's comparison page, which quotes one price per plan alongside a $3,000 target; matching them to the 50K size is an inference, so 'sizes' is marked unverified.
The homepage order summary shows '$100,000' with '$497 / 30 Days +99 at Launch', which conflicts with the help centre's $149 Launch fee for 100K; not used.
Stock Plans: price, billing type and profit targets not published on readable pages.
A Static Growth Plan help article (150K/200K/300K Pro, dated 2 Feb 2026) has different consistency figures (30% / 21%) than the current Propel static sizes; treated as superseded and not listed.
No dated rule-change announcements found on official pages (help articles show only 'updated' times).
No restricted-country list published.
