What we couldn't verify
Pricing cards do not label FLEX vs MAX columns; mapping inferred from the trading-period row (Unlimited = FLEX, 60/100 days = MAX), consistent with Program Terms.
Consistency figures on the pricing cards (30% for MAX) conflict with the FAQ (Day MAX none, Swing MAX 70%).
Weekend: Swing description allows weekend holding while the FAQ bars trading Fri 8pm-Mon 3am ET.
Max-loss type (static/trailing) not stated for FLEX/MAX; Program Terms say max drawdown moves to initial balance after 3x daily-loss in new profit.
Blog/announcements not checked for dated rule changes (web search budget exhausted).
