Section 7 of the AML Policy ('Prohibited Jurisdictions and Sanctions Compliance') gives this 'at a minimum' list for citizens or residents. It adds Myanmar (MM) and Belarus (BY) to the 5 countries already in our file. The site footer, the Terms page (https://citytradersimperium.com/terms-conditions-of-service/) and the homepage FAQ still name only North Korea, Iran, Syria, Cuba and Russia, plus anyone under international sanctions. Using a VPN or false documents to get around this leads to termination. Pakistan is not listed.

CTI FZCO (DSO-FZCO-21340, Dubai Silicon Oasis, UAE) runs the Academy. Site says the firm has been 'funding traders since 2018'.
Good to know
Maximum scaling $200K per challenge account and $400K total funding for 1-Step/2-Step; $2M per account and $4M total for Instant and Direct Funding. Martingale is allowed on the 1-Step Challenge but not on 2-Step, Instant or Direct Funding (program pages). T&C allow the firm to cut leverage to 1:5 or cap risk per trade at 1% if forbidden trading methods are detected. The website states all trading takes place in a demo environment with virtual capital.
What we couldn't verify
Help centre (helpcenter.citytradersimperium.com) returned a Cloudflare block (HTTP 403) and could not be read. Leverage is not published on any page checked. Minimum payout amount not published. 1-Step page says third-party EAs are allowed while other program pages allow personal EAs only. No dated rule-change announcements found in the blog (last 12 months are market commentary).
