Terms describe UProfit Trader as a Limited Liability Company registered in Delaware, 8 The Green, STE B, Dover, DE 19901. The exact registered name with suffix is not printed.
After passing, accounts move to a non-withdrawable 'SafetyNet' stage called Live Virtual: only profit above starting balance + SafetyNet ($500 / $2,500 / $4,500 / $6,500 for 10K / 50K / 100K / 150K) can be withdrawn.
Max per payout request is 3% of account size ($300 / $1,500 / $3,000 / $4,500).
Live Virtual requires at least one completed trade per week (inactivity breach).

The pricing page shows two figures per size without labels; the higher one is used as the list price because the 50K Soft help article gives $130 as the monthly price. The lower figure may be a discount or the reset fee.
Copy trading: the firm offers a built-in copier between your accounts, but its 2021 Terms ban identical trades across separate accounts; marked unverified.
Minimum payout amount, news rules and general automation rules are not published.
Help centre also has 'UProfit DAY' (50K-150K) and 'UProfit One' categories; the current sales page lists only DAY 2.0 Soft and Flex, so those are treated as legacy and not listed.
