Accounts purchased on or after 1 Oct 2026 are permanently closed after 14 consecutive calendar days with no trades (knowledge-base rules page; read via search snippet).
The knowledge-base article Getting Started > Prohibited Countries lists 98 entries. The old URL /knowledgebase/prohibited-countries now shows a 404 page. Pakistan (PK) IS restricted. Canada is listed with the exception 'only traders residing in Ontario are accepted', so it is coded CA; keep the Ontario exception in the note. 'Congo' is coded CG (Republic of Congo); DR Congo is not listed separately. Six entries have no own ISO code and stay in this note: Clipperton Island, Coral Islands, Northern Cyprus, Dhekelia, French West Indies (group; members not named) and 'Ukraine (certain regions)' (regions not specified, so UA is not coded). The firm says the list comes from its brokerage and compliance partners and may change without notice.
